About Sabrina
My name is Sabrina Queiroga. I've been a C-level executive working at international financial markets for almost 20 years. I used to work an average of 80hrs a week. The days were filled with pressure about time and perfection, any mistake could cost millions of dollars. My main focus was my career, my relationship was a great bonus once we both had exactly the same focus: our careers.
As the years passed by, I was exhausted and I started to want more, especially when I had my kids. I wanted to be present in their lives and have a quality time with them, I wanted to maintain the great relationship I built, and of course I wanted to maintain my career. At some point it all looked impossible, life was so overwhelming that I thought the only solution was to quit my job. Fortunately, I didn’t, and I reached a turning point when I changed my diet and started to recover my energy and mental clarity.
My experience is that you need to use many different tools to manage and support the life you longed for. I became a health coach because I'm passionate about all transformation I passed through and supporting and watching other people doing their own is a daily gift.
